One of your guys

One of your guys

being real

Half human, half octopus, and part-time tiger. (Yes, I work in my pyjamas sometimes. Don’t you?!)

I enjoy living in the way that feels most authentic to me: free and flexible. Working freelance and mostly remotely allows me to do so.

Freedom, honesty, and openness are what I value most. Working with me means that you will get straightforward, transparent, and clear communication.

I hope you feel invited to do the same.

Pinky promise?

Love is my religion

I believe that making conscious decisions and working towards our personal healing and development are important if we want the world to be a better, healthier & happier place.

Therefore, I  happily support ‘Friendly Brands’ and mental health professionals, such as coaches, therapists, and other practicioners to work towards their goals.

Humans, their emotions, behaviour, and interactions fascinate me wildly.

It is in this field of healing, development & relationships, where I am looking to make a difference.

Focussing on ‘doing the work’ myself showed me how beneficial —may I say essential?— this can be. To me, to heal and to grow leads to living a more fulfilling life. I hope to be a part of the development of others that choose to improve their mental health & create a ripple effect together. 🤍

Some more personal things

Born in: the Netherlands in 1981

Do the maths, and get the 20+ years of working experience explained 🙂

Fun fact: I sleep talk (a lot)

Apparently, I can’t stop communicating, not even asleep.

In love with: dogs!

When I see a dog, everything else moves to the background. If that’s not being in love, then I don’t know what is.

Important for me: a vegan lifestyle

This is one of my favourite things: eating delicious foods + feeling extra loving knowing I’m not harming animals whilst doing it.

When I’m happy, I …

… whistle, sing, smile & chat to everyone, meet friends, and dance to my homemade ‘Happy playlist’.

When I’m sad, I …

… cry, journal, read, and withdraw inside my nest. When it’s time to snap out of it, I go for a walk, look for a dog to cuddle with, seek my friends again + play the ‘Happy playlist’ another time.
